Prices are based on:
• condition of the leather
• size – S or 3X?
• amount of “extras” - belt, hood, gathered waistband, vented areas, etc.
Each item gets complete care with individual attention. First we check the garment over for nicks & tears, loose buttons, and stitching. As we do this we assess the condition of the skins. Is a light cleaning and moisturizing all that's necessary? Or do the cuffs and bottom edges need special attention? Will a light color into the conditioning application brighten enough or does it need a full redye?
I want to be clear that we only work miracles with the leather, not the lining. In order to clean the lining, the whole garment must be put through either a solvent or water process. We recommend this as a last resort. (We do contract with someone for coats that must be cleaned through and through, or for suede. If this is your coat, please ask us about this special service.)
The products we use in these topical applications are some of the best professional leather products made- and, in my opinion, the best. (These available online for your purchase very soon.) You will love the way your garment looks and feels, and it will last much longer with the proper care. Our care services will be especially impressive with your lamb coats. One of our formulas was created just for the most delicate leathers. Most delicate leathers don't react well to regular leather care products, except for light aerosol sprays. Cowhide or lamb, no matter how bad it looks, we can bring it back to near new condition!
